go to tips then click on upgrades then tip of the week and look at 899 tip and parts break down.to get raise poppet seat out we oval the threads on a 1_4 " bolt by hitting with hammer then insert into seat and lightly tap and turn in to make a extractor which you can now pull out by wiggling and ect. yo can push fron the other side if you pull the stuff from hole directly opposite. Valve needs to be removed or swung away from combine. Fun job but doable.

Does the seat serve two poppetsIJ One on each side. Can you pound it out from the out side of the control that lines up with the other poppetIJ thanks for info dean

pound is a word I don't like to use. Yes, I had a customer who pounded in the wrong hole and well, ruined valve resulted.
