yep, close the concave tight, run the rotor 20rpm over what the book recomends, might waste a little but it will get it pretty clean, i did the same this year with large wire concaves. allen

By corn and soybean concaves do you mean large wire. We use them in oats all the time, barley and wheat too (with cover plates).
