What brand of oats is itIJ Mine is Riser and it was planted May 1, 2002, going to be cut later this week. JWK

Just curious, as to why the low test weightsIJ We grow oats up here in Saskatchewan, and 42 lb. oats is not out of the question in most years. We would be downgraded to n3 for 34 lb. oats.

What do you do with 34 lb. oatsIJ If they don't weigh 38 or better, we nearly have to pay someone to take them.

the elevators will take the oats but they dock us 1 cent for every point under 38 and i think the reason for low test weights is all the spray.
