I have an MF8160 with the 32 speed dyna-shift and I love it. It's very simple to use. It has a Sycronised 4 speed with high-low range (you do need to stop to shift from high to low or from low to high. The A,B,C,D ranges in the dyna-shift are very smooth whether upshifting or downshifting. Just my opinion but I think you would like it fine...........Dan

The 32x32 Dynashift isn't complicated at all, just looks that way. It's just 2 ranges wuth 4 gears each and 4 powershiftable speeds in each gear. And I'm not a Massey fan, but I have to say those shifts are really smooth too.

We had two Masseys with this transmision although in the model below the 8000 series and found it was great in our use. Very smooth although one of the tractors used to find a neutral in the powershift, which was fixed under warranty. I like our TM but the Masseys had a smoother and better gear range
