I just took them into my JD parts guy and he said he would file a claim for me and gave me new blades. He could see that the blades had very little wear (~500 acres) and there was no rock damage. Today I pulled the rest of the bad blades off my planter and took them in for replacement as they all had a gap on one side between the bearing holder and disc blade. The parts guy and I agreed that it was not a question of if but rather when those blades would fail given four of the twelve had already failed in the exact same way. Pete
