Got EZ steer (with out T2) but I would make sure that you let every thing warm up few a few minutes BEFORE you calibrate the roll_yaw settings in the T2 controller. Make sure that you calibrate the T2's roll_yaw on level ground or at least exactly the same spot 180 degrees around so as to let the gyros know the settings that they should use for guidance. Also make sure you have the Control box very square to the machine direction of travel and the plug direction selected correctly in the Ez-Guide Managed to get ours running right on our Cat 65 after I had some finger trouble on not putting the right offset in before doing the AB line!! ROM spent 400 Hectares having to nudge across over a meter at the start of each run!! (Garbage in Garbage out!!!!) Now that I have got the Old Boy trained up with the Ez Steer looking at putting it on the R62 this year but running the steer motor with the shaft down mounted to back of steering column just above the floor with small sprocket on motor and as large as sprocket as possible on the steering shaft, bike chain and adjust settings to make it drive right! should be interesting to see if we can get it to work, will use a computer printer switch box to cut communication to motor for safety! Running RTCM from Trimble 750 base (Not Mine) as well as on path filter and seem to get around 150 mm pass to pass. Also have the motor on floor of Cat with extension shaft and foam wheel up to steering wheel so as to cut weight and make mounting of motor easier. (Ford Falcon steering column, steering shaft). Rolf
