I have a M2 with a 15 ft head that has the Gen III Hart-Carter style cutter bar. I made the hose mod this year and it helps quite a bit. I used 2 inch ID pvc conduit and cut it in 4 sections to match the sheets on the cutter bar. Well worth the $15 in material and less than an hour to install

I can't see any reason a hose wouldnt work on any bean head regardless of the type of sickle you have. Keep us posted. Tom in MN
