Bob: I have heard reports before on sensor failures but personally I havn't experienced a lot. Seems like just a few customers have all the problems... go figure. Your problem sounds like a fuse or the main wires are disconnected or the needle is kaput. You can check out the meter by using an ohm meter. Connect the leads to the meter and set to ohms and the needle should read upscale depending on polarity. It is that sensitive! Sensor boards can be checked in similar manner with meter.
