You can make a couple of adjustments on module to make it respond a little different. These instructions could be found in service manual but have never had to mess with them. We have found a couple bad cylinder loss pads but main thing has been the harness between shoe loss pads and frame. look at the area on right side where harness runs. If the wire harness is bending with stroke of shoe any amount to speek of there is likely broken wires within harness. I have had to peel apart harness and fix many of these prior to paying attention how much they bend at predelivery. Harness isn't to spendy. I believe the best way to route wire is to tie to lower end of hanger with sufficient loop so neither end do much bending when shoe is up to speed. Good luck
