Packaging seeds

What type of machinery do you guys use to package seeds? For the past five years or so we've done it by hand using an assembly line of people. As time has worn on I've been getting more orders for seeds so this is no longer a sustainable method for sending them out. Any tips for what to buy to make the process easier?

Don't hand packaged seeds sell at a premium? I thought they did since the seeds are less likely to get damaged in the packaging process. I might be wrong but maybe you're selling yourself short.
