I agree, the Gleaner parts books are totally confusing when it comes to grates and concaves. What I think is the 71369390 is frame with hi-wire, 71376997 grate low wire and 71370974 frame with low wire. The other number I could don't know about. I believe Gleaner supplies without rods, and aftermarket guys include rods.
