how do you unload on the go with a 40' headIJ Clarke Machine in SD made one several years ago for a custom harvester had to put wheels on the back as it was hard to keep out of the dirt even with header control. I'd like to see your pict I will email later

I have received the clip and pic (thank you) and I have to say that it was rather impressive. I never imagined a 16 row corn head. I have to echo the other sentiment, can you onload on the go with this wide of a headerIJ

Did you ever have problems with the hydraulic system heating up when running the big headIJ Gg

Thanks for the pics, very impressive. Nice work. I remember my Grandfather questioning if there was ever a need to go beyond 6 row cornheads. (He ran 3s) The only problem I see is that you have got to fill up that grain tank quick! Have you thought about a solution for unloading on the goIJ

your welcome. We do unload on the go all the time. The pic makes it look like the auger isn't long enough, but the combine came with a 3 ft extension. 4ft auger ex would be about right. The carmera went dead on the unload on the go photo.(figures)

Never had any problems like that. Problems always running auger unloading on the go, not enough power but doing 20+ aph I guess its not that much of a problem.

thanks for your picture - what I am wondering is how the tires are able to carry all these weight (headder - big hopper - combine) did you have problems with them - because we only drive with nine rows and had to take the 900 tires otherwice the tires would break they said! And the second is how can you unload the combine with this short augerIJ Thanks M.
