They do look alike. But there are lots of differences when you get up close on the outside and inside of the combines. For example, from the grain tank to the rear on the Massey, the sides bulge out because the straw walkers are 11 inches wider then the shoe.
I grew up around the 760 that my dad had. When we got our 7720, I thought I had gone to heaven. One thing about the MF was that the three stage sieve got it really clean.
Started with a 860 MF. It was the biggest pile of junk ive ever ran. Smokin,rattlin,creakin,squeekin,grain throwin pile of crap. Wouldnt seperate 3 ton wheat with a 20 ft header over 2.5 mph. Dont miss that machine one bit.
