If you are talking about that bearing on the N's or the large rotors prior to the R62-72 you will have to remove sprockets and shaft to pivot the bearing out of holder. That is the bearing that positions shaft in housing while the other bearing floats in its holder. When the R40-50's R42's thru 72's come along they used left bearing to properly locate shaft in housing so you could carfully replace bearing behind slip clutch without moving shaft. We rarely remove feeder housings (even though they come off fairly easy) for these shafts, bearings, or sprockets. Depending on which machine we go work on we generally have a couple pipes and or slide hammer with attachment made up to make remove and replacement easy. (May want to check with yout dealer to see if he has any tips or shortcut to make it easy).
