We have watched dealership after dealership fall.. we now service Gleaner customer 300 miles away if not further.. Do you not understand the investment it takes to run one of the dealershipsIJ We spend thousands of dollars, on training, special tools, service trucks, parts inventory, upgrading our facillites, all so you can call up and ask "what is the best way for me to get something done" ... FREE ADVISE ... and you go buy your belt from pix.. I can't tell you how many phone calls I get from people overhauling an allis engine and need to know what the tourqe specs are, or what the timming is, and I ask them "where did you get your overhaul kit." And they say "local machine shop" Should I tell them what they want to know or should I send them to the machine shop where they bought the partsIJ Well the next time you want some free advise call the customer service rep at pix and say " I bought a belt from you guys, now I need to know how to remove the main shaft so I can change a bearing"... ARE YOU GETTING THE IDEA YET... OKFARMERIJIJIJIJ Most companies like pix feed of the quick sale with low overhead, No service truck, no special tools, no room full of service manuals, They only want in on the profitable part...the part sale.....
