you will have to have a spacer installed between your dual and your hub. Probably will have to have your hub run in a little way to offset the spacer, depending on your tire size. We run spacers on 20.8x32 and have to have the hub all the way out but on a 46" tire the hub is not all the way in, and we are on a 38" pattern

Wrote this last night, guess it was deleted for being not combine related. It is possible with 18.4x42s to not have the dual running down a corn row without a spacer installed. Our hub is at the very end of the axle, no spacer, we clear the row by a few inches. We aren't tracking a true 36" from the inner tire, but we also aren't hitting a corn row either. I can drive down rowed corn with the duals on and not run down any corn. Specs on our stuff, CIH 7220, 18.4x42s, 36" rows, trailed Kinze planter.

Unverferth makes them, as well as other folks. Your CaseIH dealer may have some. You could also call a salvage yard and could probably get a set there to fit your Magnum. 10" would probably be a good size for you.
