look a little closer. On my R72, it is in front of the rolls. Not sure what it does exactly though. Must do something or they wouldn't have put it in and it doesn't look like it would ever wear out, so couldn't even be to sell more partsIJIJIJ Ed in MT

If you looked at your N6 and then put a straight edge on the last few inches before accelerator rolls you would hopefully find it to run paralell with floor under engine. That presents proper air pattern under the rolls. Some are aimed way down which totally screws up air pattern. Now you look at the R50 and you'll see no straight area to direct air like the N6. The fingers will basically defuse the direct air blast to get even air flow under rolls without the panel like the N6 uses. I have straightened many N6 threw R70 panels ahead of accelerator rolls to get pattern right without using any sort of fingers to defuse.

Some call it the john deere repellent strip. When activated the only time you can see the green is in your rear view mirror. Others say it is an invisable case lazer. It will send 8010 cases up in firey balls of smoke. Still others say it can seek and destroy yellow submarines. But its acuracy requires that the enemy is able to see the galvanized typhoon class beast for a split second. That means you'll have to slow down a smidge, but thats ok, you're probably two days ahead of schedule anyway. Im still thinkin its a cloking device used to sneek up on the massy klingons and break thier rear wheels off.

Or possibly, when you head straight down an Idaho 40% slope in crops requiring light wind you won't fill up the top air duct.
