while I am not familiar with your concave I know that 3_4" clearance is too wide. A closer setting will power out your concave. Speed is what cracks. try 3_8" to 1_2". Cyl levelIJ Back door hasn't broke has itIJ If the gauge sez 1_2 you should have that at the grate. Try removing the channel on the door and in front of the grate and add a filler strip at the front row if one will fit with your type of concave. Worn narrow spaced bars will aggravate green stem problem. Wide spaced should jerk them through intact. Also speeding up chain drive thresher beater will increase capacity. Can't speed up belt drive.
