there are a few tricks you can try: Move your fan deflectors as far forward as you can to concentrate the wind at the fron of the seives. this lets you boost your wind up a bit keeping more chaff off the seive. Try using blank out plates on the concaves to give a little better thresing action reducing the returns before it even hits the grainpan. Check your minimum concave clearance. If you go and buy a rotor weight, (about $1) you can use it as a feeler guage to check you minimun clearance. the weight should be tight to the rub bar and outer most rub bar on the concave. Do you have aggitator pins on your rotorsIJ If not, installing them will help quite a bit.
