These troubles can be common in edible beans when there are wet beans along with dry ones. We extend the flighting in bottom of hopper to within about 1_2" of bushing support, taper the edges of bushing support to help the beans flow without squishing them, check that swinging auger flighting does extend beyond pipe toward universal joint, and unload at near idle. You may have a different demention on one of these things that makes the one machine bother more than the other. Also the one machine may be putting more squeshy peas in the hopper. Folding auger and tube should not be coated or built up with crop flow retarding material. This stuff may not scour clean without manually getting it cleaned off. Check the RPM the one quy is tring to unload at compared to the other quy. Make sure the flighting at end of hopper auger is not bent over. Got to be something fairly evident. Good luck
