Combines pods in grain tank

Could try raising the front of the concave closer to MIN position, as well as adding filler bars to front of concave to prevent pods from escaping too early. That, coupled with high rotor speed, should help.

ok you guys are right feedback IS needed, so I did close down the concave some, it did help some but still not the sample I would like, but better,I think I may just have to settle for now till I get more mods done thanks for the help Bob

If your beans were frosted before they were mature, then you are going to have tough pods and they'll be hard to thresh. Don't put to much blame on the machine.

double crop beans are always tough. They are always the last i do, so i set my F3 for wheat. Even if I split a few its better than a bin full of pods

Do you have tailings returning to feed chain to be rethreshed or don't you have that optionIJ Doesn't do much good to close down sieve if you have no rethresh option. How many filler bars do you have in front of concaveIJ Did you bring front of concave up toward MINIJ I have been in beans tough enough not to split at 850RPM and it took that to knock them all out. Best of luck

try some filler strips in the concave if you fill those first couple rows you will have tremendously more threshing ability and tighten up the concave some more august
