iwould close you concaves up tighter run mine most ot the time at 1 or even 0 sometimes on a 2366

I agree and yeah its really hard to blow beans out of a Case

If you have too many unthrashed pods you might want to concider using some cover plates in the first half of the concave, or even the entire first concave.

Ed: I have had similar probems. It seems to me that the fan thoat is narrower than the chaffer, therefore no air can hit the front corners of it. I screwed sheet metal to the top of my airfoil chaffer on the front corners to prevent anything from falling through there. It has helped a lot. I can't figure out any other place that thrashed pods could get in the clean grain. Hope this helps, Mac

check concaves if in good shape if so install cover plates concave setting at 2 sieves closed fan speed 850 rotor speed set 700 work down on rotor speed untill no spilts
