Try putting the rocker switch in the middle position when the auger gets out to the end to see if that stops the power robbingIJ Maybe the shutoff switch is not right and the hydraulics are drawing a lot of powerIJ Just an ideaIJ Good luck.

normaly the shear bolts would break but I would go with the new horizonal auger you should never change one without the other, hope you used the extended wear augers if you plan to keep this machineIJIJIJIJIJIJIJ good luck!!!

Thanks for the info. When we put the vertical auger in, we had to cut the next day, you know how it goes. I will definetely replace with extended wear auger this winter. By the way, using harvest services round bar concaves this year, working excellent in corn and high moisture soys. I definetely would recommend them.
