Combines price of harvesting wheat

I have been charging $28 on wheat and 32 on beans and corn. hauling is $125 per 700bu load under 10 miles. we also farm small fields here. We will definately go up a little this year , the diesel is killing us. probably $30 and 35 this year.

Been charging 30 for wheat and 35 if they want it cut low for the straw. Diesel could be a very serious issue in the next year or 2.

I charge by the bushel. $.35_bu cut and $.30_bu hauling up to 50 miles. Minimum $30_acre to cut

Hi. Diesel sure is a big issue in the future. Here in Denmark we pay around 4 US Dollars a gallon....

We pay $4 a gallon in Canada too but the predictions are $6 by years end and $10 by 2011. Availability will be more of an issue than price in a few years. Otherwise things are good
