Combines pricing a 8820

last year we were going ot trade our 7720 for a 85 8820 TII and I think they wanted around $18000 to trade at the dealership. Our combine had 3600 hours and the 8820 we were going to trade for had 2500 hours. To me, 18k is too much to trade, unless the 8820 is in excellant condition.

yea, 50000 is WAY too much for an 8820. We own an '88 model titan II with all the extras including 4wd - paid 56000 for it at a dealership in 1996 with only 1200 hours on it. Do some searching, and definately go with a titan II if you make the trade.
