Bill, When you say the header would stop, did everything stop, head and feeder houseIJ If every thing stopped, sounds like the electromagnetic feeder house clutch might be your problem. Make sure you are getting 12 volts to the rotary contact on the clutch. As for tightening a clutch, there is no adjustment to any for the racheting clutches.

Bill, You might just need to adjust the reverser cable where it attaches to the reverser. Your owners manual will give you detailed instructions.
