Combines Problems Starting a 9190 Deutz

I think it was 91 as our 91 is orange and the 89 was green but has a nice orange paint job on it now. It looks better than the newer one now. Ilnh

I have lived with the Deutz power plants most of my life and

I love the power of the duetz because it will outlug any tractor i have ever driven. While using the DT200 this summer on a demo the cummings was a fuel hog and lacked the vital lugging ability on a steep clay hill pulling an anhydrous tank. The cummings would pull it but would be lugged down at about 6.5 mph and the trusty Duetz would take it in overdrive pulling 7.0-7.3 MPH and it is rated as a smaller tractor Dynoing out at 193HP and the DT200 Is rated at 200. I was satisfied to know that our duetz would outlug a tractor a decade newer i was impressed. As with you im not too impressed with the transmission but its a field tractor so it works nicely for our operation.
