I bet you can get info and pictures from Jerrod Pakosh at the http:__www.versatile-tractors.com Got to love how the founder started out with such humble beginnings and built quality long lived equipment at affordable prices. I can still remember the day my father bought his first Versatile 4wd used at a farm sale. Sold his piece of junk Cat 65, and bought this old '77 Big V which was older than our previous JD, an '81 4840. Which at the time he traded the 6030 for the 4840 I begged him to buy a Versatile. Funny now we have never missed JD. The new Big Blue's runs mighty tight and durable.

I don't have any info but I remember talking about it when I was at tech college in early 80's. They claim you could run trees through the darn thing and would advise people to keep their dogs and children away.
