we made about 585000 lbs on 140 acres so we averaged around 4200 lbs. Which is good for us my best yielder was 17 acres that averaged about around 5200 I have not broken the yields down yet per farm so I am working from memory.

I have not put the pencil to it yet but I know the best was a custom job and it hit right at 5000n. If you take the acres that the hogs destroyed (4) then the average was a little lower. The rest went about 4200n_ac. It was funny because we had some planted on 15" centers and other on 38" and it yielded about the same. But the 15" got sprayed with a broad leaf while the other was cultivated and the 15" was much cleaner of both broadleaf and J-grass. We still have about 17 ac. to go with the milo and another 80 ac. of beans. I do not know how the beans made on the 93 ac - I think around 22 bu_ac. Some of the beans planted behind the cotton was great and the behind milo were so so. We are receiving 2.40-2.45 and I am not sure on the pop. Hopefully finish the milo and most of the beans by Sat and then start plowing for the wheat. As long as this harvest is taking I think we will part the combine just in time to get on to the tractor and plant wheat. I think we are going to plant soft wheat - any suggestionsIJ

I got 2.73 for mine and .77 pop, but we hauled it to Ft Worth so it probably works out to about the same. Not nearly enough. Now we have to work that stuff about 1_2 dozen times to get in shape for wheat. I may just no till that stuff if it stays dry.
