Yea I remember a little. I can't remember what I suggested but I should of asked if you have all the sweeps fastened that Terry left provision for. Any reverse bars inIJ Did you do any work on seperator grateIJ I would suggest to raise the wires. Did you extend top helical into discharge aways to help the cylinder bars move some material further over into dischargeIJ Your accelerator rolls are good right! Can't imagine you need it but there is a distribution auger trough available that will move material from front distribution auger further to the right. Played with one of them in grass one time and they surely work. After setting up machine so it didn't grind straw it was no longer needed. I don't realy think that rotor would have anything to do with shoe overload. I think it would only help prevent such a problem especially as compared to the standard Gleaner rotor before extended bars. Take care

No we only have 2 of the 4 sweeps in the front position. No reverse bars on rotor with no work done on seperator grate. Accelerator rolls new last year. All three helicals extended into discharge area. look into the auger trough but decided not to use it because of time. Other than this one problem harvest went well. Merry Christmas
