J.O.l., A seperator grate in a N-Series will help with seperation along with shrinking the cylinder on seperator side.Double stacking helicals on thresher side per Hyper Mods. helps keep from backfeeding concave. With no seperator grate you could try to install some speed bumps on seperator side to help control rotor loss. You can run some F2 toothed concave bars at the 6 o'clock position, you could also install two 1_2"x3_4" flat iron the width of the seperator in the 5:30 and 6:30 position with the bottom row of helicals removed. The seperator grate is available for N-Series.They run $1000 and if you are installing a seperator grate you should also replace flat helicals on seperator side with channel helicals.A half set of helicals is around $600-650. Hope this helps, Hyper Harvest II
