haven't heard of hydro acting like that unless low on oil. usually when hyd, pumpp coupler goes out it just quites. you can't walk by it in slow speed and diagnose better. did you check splines when you had coupler off. have someone have rhere hand on pump to see if you feel jump. motor would probabaly be felt rhrough the oil also.

sure does. about the same as magnum. some say magnum don't have enough. it is all in setting up right. sometines jd put bypasses on the motors ,but that just loses 6 gal. can not set flow by planter, it needs to be wide open then use tractor to slow speed down. and the remote detent has to be set to hold lever in detent, can not use bunge cord to do it or the little stop on the lever. that will not work. that will heat thew oil. hope this helps.
