Rotor out. A 20 to 45 MINUTE JOB with a fork lift, loader or big skid steer or 12 men in the back of a truck - the least preferrrrred method .... as to the hose ; I cut standing wheat with mine with no problem - feeds great, less filling. If I had a bunch of down lodged wheat I would remove it. As to the auger, you havn't bumped the unloader and bent the brace so as to put the auger too close to the floorIJ If so this must be fixified. We clean the bin and if auger is OK lay a sheet of galvanized under the auger and drill from bottom to bolt and thus draw the bottom down in the bend. Must be one piece! The best method is to remove the auger and reline the entire bottom with a piece cut from local sheet metal shop. We have used poly and I will use this on my machine when the time comes. Only thing is the holes on the rh brg will have to be raised a little to clear with new auger. Poly is SlICK and cleans better. As to expertIJIJIJ the only expeerrrteessee I profess is that of mother in law relationships.... combine stuff is free no matter how many questions, the MIl stuff will cost you big time.

Pulling the rotor is really a non event after you have done it once. The job looks harder than it really is, the hardest part is removing the sheet metal and bearing. I almost did not hyperize my N6 because I was afraid that I would not be able to get the rotor back in. Once I did it I wondered what I was so afraid of. Pete Hinrichsen
