If it is leaking from the end of the stud that solinoid fit over it can be fixed. This can be a touchy job. Stud will come out of valve body. Once out of body it needs to be tore down further. A very finely machined valve needs to be turned out of stud. This can be very tight and you don't have much surface to grip and turn delicate piece. I believe the threads are backwards also. I have sometimes had to heat threaded area a bit to melt loctite. Be very carefull if you decide to give it a try. As far as it dropping out of high and you didn't find loose wires at solinoid. A little leak will not be cause. I would check the electric switch that clutch pedal presses on when pedal is up all the way. Could be pedal is not pressing switch in far enough. Try pulling pedal up further with your toe. I've seen where switch can prevent pedal from coming up all the way because button on switch needs to slide on pedal a bit when pedal is up. I will put a dab of grease on pedal where it contact the switch. We have had a few toggle switches fail over the years and maybe a couple relays. Most of the time we find bad connection at solinoid or the pedal switch area. Good luck
