Owning a bobtail is a lot less exensive than a tractor trailer from a licensing, insurance, CDl,perspective. I used to own a tractor trailer and we spent $1000 a year in taxes and insurance just to get it on the road. My tag axel bobtail cost 120 a year in insurance and 70 for taxes.
