Have you checked your shoe drive beltIJ Could possibly be slipping and slowing the shoe down.

Go to "Tips" section and click on Gleaner upgrade page. These modifications will solve this problem and others that you don't even know you have.We've done these upgrades on our combines and they work.Brian

I totally agree with you, Brian. Combining is actually fun again since we modified our R60 with P1 processor. Now we can set it and forget it with an added bonus of absolutely no dockage along with reduced grain loss. Thanks to Hyper I and II, lbran, Dan and others for passing along modification info. take a look at the auger troughs under the dist auger, if the bottom is covered on the lh side take the chute off and let the grain fall to the lh side. Nathan ran in to this the other day.
