Failed a couple cylinder pads and have one freaking out from time to time. All lights on shoe and cylinder light right up. Checked module per service manual to find all offsets at default point. Checked one other machine to find offsets had been moved a bit. Machine finished up and we're thinking there is an electrical storm within machine from time to time. It has Fieldstar and we'll be checking it out this winter. Otherwise don't know of any other machines bothering. Good luck

I had a problem with a 99 R 62. Would not work at all. I found that one of the wirers in the plugin under pannel by the seat pushed out when it was pluged in. Not all the way still had enough contact to register on a meter, but not enough contact to handle an electrical load. The wire was the ground speed sinser wire. Took a long time to find and a lot of trips to the shop to have the other componets checked out.

Yes they have a problem. The wiring is not heavy enough and breaks in the middle of harness where you can not see it. They need to go back to the heavy cable wires.
