Check with your dealer. I believe that in 2004, which was the first year these pieces were installed by AGCO, the bolts used were not the correct spec or they were overtightened, can't remember the exact problem, but there was a known problem with the hardware for the triangle piece. You should be able to get some help if you need anything repaired_replaced on the rotor.

On our 65 we have always run both the inside and duals the same 32 psi, when we put duals on tractors we always run the duals the same pressure as the inside

Tbran warned of this last summer so we have been welding front area of triangle piece ever since. I believe letter that come from Gleaner warned of to short of bolts. Noticed in '05 (first year of factory installed) that bolts are long enough so they can butt up against adjustable seperator grate and maybe not secure filler completely. Best check this out also. Prior to '97 (1st year of adjustable seperator grates) the bolts are longer and a nut is installed. Not to hard to get bolts tight enough on older machines with nuts on the bolts. We ordered and installed factory fillers in '03 for price was right and I had little time to make up my own. I never had any come loose but did find they somewhat blocked flow coming up feeder. I took all them out and modified to prevent interferance. I then started building all my own again and I allways drilled cage for third bolt. Never had one come out over alot of years. I might note that I installed a bunch of fillers when I first discovered them from the grain bin side without removing rotor. A guy can remove short helical from there and eye ball where hole should be drilled threw cage to install third bolt. Anyway thanks for the warning and hope no one loses one before they add the third bolt or weld into place.
