I find that the twin spreaders (with chopper works fine our conditions plus that you can vary the speed on them. In really heavy damp conditions the spead doesn't go right out but then the other model combines had the same problem in the paddock and even then the next day the straw seemed to disappear. Most of our harvest clients do minimum or zero tillage and they have no problems with the gleaner

If you are direct seeding and have any kind of straw you should take a good look at the extended chaff fins and the fine cut chopper kit. Easy to install and works very well.
