Combines R 72

Hi Boss Hog, I have a 95 R62 with feeder house tilt and a 2002 30ft 800 header and you need to be careful because if the tilt is back too far the drag chain will hit the flighting on the header auger. I run the feeder house tilt back until the drag chain hits the auger and then move it foreward a little so it does not hit and it then feeds very well but if you want it to feed perfectly get a draper header. Good luck.

Sale was in Sterling Co. I didn't get to the sale as some other things came up. Plan to haul some cows to the sale there tomorow and will try to find out what stuff brought. Bruce

Combine brought 44000. Head no saled at 6900

That combine must have been reallly nice.I saw a 93 sell last fall for 17,000, very tough shape.There is a 96 R62 with 2 heads,2000hrs. up here for 50,000.Thanks for the info.
