Most often no adjustment of the pump is needed. Put the throttle lever to full throttle with the engine not running. go to the engine and make sure the lever is against the stop on the pump. Also make sure there is a bit of over travel on the linkage. that is to say that the spring on the clevis is collapsed some. This is often the problem. Adjust it with the big nuts on the cable. If the cable moves hard it is most likely time for a new cable.............VSTK
