It depends on what model year R52 you choose. The early models of 52's weren't much more than an R50 with updates and the new cab. Horsepower, shoe capacity, cyl. bars, and concaves were all the same. later models had HP increases, longer shoe, different cyl. bars and concaves in corn_soybean versions which gave them more capacity - along with updates to other parts of the machines which were improvements. The Series 2's had a long run with many updates and improvements all under the same model numbers. Other makes changed model numbers often during that timeframe which makes it easier for a person to keep track of what he was getting. With the Gleaners, you just have to know what year the machine is and look up what improvements it has. Hurtt's website has a handy page that shows the major updates each year of the Series 2 run.
