Go for the 96 model! As it has the longer sieve and might have a couple of better bit's as standard on it, Check to see if they have done the big nut up tight on the rotor drive side main vari-speed pulley 600 ft_lb's Plus, or check to see if they have changed the main rotor cross shaft as that would tell you it might have the bigger bearings in there!!! see if it's has the return to thrasher auger on it as that will help in some conditions. See if it has the extended rotor rasp bars or see if the discharge end of the cage has got hot!!! no extended rasp bar. Ask the dealer it install a 30 psi boost gauge as it will help when setting up with different crops. Check the rotor vari-speed has got plenty of grease over it's life time and if you get the chance see how long it takes for the rotor revs to go up from 200 rpms to just over the 1000 rpm's it should be quite quick!! that should be done every morning before you start cutting!!! Also find out if the rotor_gearbox coupling has had plenty of grease as well!!! That's all I can think of now but that should make the dealer roll his eyes some what!!!!!! (Grin!!) Have fun Rolf
