Combines r52 feeder chain

Check the springs on the tension adjust to make sure they are both the same length. If they are the same length then I would back the springs off so the feed chain is loose and check for for a bad bearing in the front drum or the rear sprocket shaft. If bearings and springs are OK then you probably have one chain that stretched slightly more than the other. Not much you can do but replace chain. Had this happen on a R55 front chain. Agco replaced chain under warranty and cured problem.

Check back sprockets. Has chain jumped a tooth on one sideIJ If so, put a bolt between teeth of sprocket on side that is running ahead. Then roll chain backward until chain jumps. When alligned, loosen all slats and run chain a couple revolutions. Then retighten.

Check your sprockets, all set screws need to be on shaft the same place. You may have one turned 180 degrees. This will make your sprocket off a 1_2 tooth. Bin theirIJ lOl.

after checking it out, chain jumped one tooth on right side !! PS, make sure your springs are tighten up to specs. jl
