lloyd - If OandR doesn't have what you need in stock, call Portland Imp. We had to round parts up from both places to fix our unloader when we hit that tree a few years ago. Portland stocks quite a bit of Gleaner parts. They are south of Sparta. Good luck, Tom langan

Got parts from Marzolf in Spring Valley and O and R.Got the shaft and new sprokets plus bearings put on last night early this morning would be more accurate. Need to go to platteville Wi to get 30.5 32 rice tires today. Kinda wet even for 4 wheel drive

Don't feel too bad about the broken shaft. We were getting set up for beans this morning and noticed our pivot shaft bearing was out on the right side. Not too difficult to fix though - just cut the old bearing out and stuck a new one on. We're cutting beans wet down here - running 15-18% - drying them with air only before hauling them to town. Only way to get any of them done!! We almost got stuck yesterday but was able to rock her through. These rotaries aren't nearly as good in mud as the conventionals were. They seem awfully heavy on the rear axle - ours will sink on the rear and then the drivers start spinning. I'd like to see what an F3 w_23.1-26 drivers and RWA would go through for mud. Nearly unstoppable!! Good luck and have a safe harvest. Just watch out for stuck Deeres in the fields. You don't see them until you're right on top of them - only the radio antenna sticking out!
