You've got the right box, but I don't know of a quick fix or by-pass.

lloyd, We had a similar problem with our old R50. Ended up being the wires going from the brushes back to the electric clutch. Previous ownder had turned around in some brush or something and broke those wires - spliced together with electrical tape. the force from the spinning clutch_pulley had eventually pulled them apart again. Check there - might be a problem there... Good luck and let us know what you find. Tom langan

Hoping someone would help you because I just had the same problem. While working on Auto header control all electric clutches just quit. Fuses good. Traced it down to power into safety module. Could jump across and make seperater, and header work but when I jumped for bin unloading it bypassed the switch and would be on all the time or not at all. Maybe could have made it work haphazardly but a few other electrical componets not figured out yet. Agco says $495, take two days to ship. Is that what you got stuck withIJ Guess should be happy it's not $1000 like the last couple of problems we've had this yr.

Was a fuse , Had check them but didnt catch it. It was the fuse for automatic header had shorted and any plowed fuse will stop the saftey module. Have 85 acres beans and 600 corn to go. Have a goodone. lloyd

Is that fuse in the fuse box with the others or is it an inline fuse somewhereIJ We checked all the fuses and thought all were fine but new seat module still didn't make it work. Talked to tech. and thought new module may also be bad but now I'm wondering if fuse is blown because we were working on auto header when this happened. I'll double check in the morning. Did figure out how to wire around the box but you can't use your on - off switches, can put switches into jumper wires to use it temperarily while waiting on parts.

lloyd E., Thanks for the solution to your problem. Double checked our fuses and we had the same thing happen. Of course were looking for blown fuses in seperator, or header clutches not the auto header highth. You saved us several days of aggrivation and down time, let alone the embarrassment of having a mechanic out and pay him a couple hundred $ to change out a fuse. Thanks again, this forum is great. Just have couple hundred acres beans left but discovered oil leak around the turbo charger. Have to take shields off in the morning to see how serious. Always something. let me know if you want to know more about wiring around that seat module for future reference. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!
