The return to cut cannot be used without unplugging harness as it will send a raise signal locked up. The feederhouse potentiometer now sets the position. You must turn on the AHHC and follow instructions in grain head manual or combine to fine tune. Set with the hidder C and l switchs per op man. There are different harness connections with instructions, rigid headers use the Green red wire to the black wire and the Green Black to the Black. Turn the key on and set the set point to 10 and the range to 2 (first click, most sesitive) and have someone peck on each sensor pad. IF you get no reading you will have to follow the troubleshooting proceedure in a service manual. Make sure the fuse is ok. AC has been discussed at length on previous posts. Remove the heater core and evap core and clean them at the same time you check your filter below the cab. Fill all corners with silicone (there is a service bulletin on this) Make sure no hose if off or has a hole in it. Check the ground wire. Make sure the blower wheels are not on backwards. The switch on these units runs the compressor and the blower. On several units we take the high wire ,orange, to power a relay which connects directly to the power stud on the main relay, this will add about 10-15% rpms on most units with seemingly low blower speed.
