Wally, I talked with a couple of guys that have N6's. They both have the bean kit or channel helicals installed and all forward cylinder bars. They both wanted less cylinder loss but didn't want to lose capacity. The flat iron strips and angle iron crop flow director that come with bean kit didn't do the trick and they take power. They both installed a flat rasp bar for old conventional in the belly of seperator side and crop loss decreased to nearly none. It's been used in wheat, barley, and was left in for canola with great results. I thank Tbran for rasp bar trick and I hope it works for you. Be sure to fasten in well for it isn't pretty when iron flies loose in cage. Best of luck. Dan
