Does unloader do the sameIJ Sounds to me safty switch for seat is unhooked!! Needs to have completed circuit threw seat switch to stay running.

Actually I thought of this too. The unloader clutch behaves properly...shuts off when out of seat. The header clutch stays on when out of seat (not ok as per manual). It does behave and appear to be electrical...at least I'm hoping so. Are there any relays in theses circuits that could be faultyIJ Is the seat sensor in the middle of the seat, edge of the seat IJIJ I'll keep testing. Thanks

Some one has done some bypassing header wires before safty module if header clutch stays on when off of seat. Or relay in safty module has stuck together contacts. Another relay in safty module is for seperator clutch. That relay is likely losing connection or signal to it after the 15 or 20 seconds. I believe the switch is in center of seat but we have had basically no problem with it. If unloader shuts down properly you don't need to worry about seat switch. I would borrow a safty module from another machine first to see if that takes care of problem and if it does get yourself a rebuilt or have it rebuilt. I think my first electical test would be currant supply to brusholder and if you are not losing currant there when clutch disengages you need to look at brusholder. There is some chance contacts for brushes in brusholder have been hot from badly worn brushes which will melt plastic they are mounted in. When plastic melts the contact surfuce will go off center so brushes start to bounce with rotating shaft. Only way to cure bouncing brushes is to replace the unit. Good luck
