Removing the rotor is easier than what you are trying to do as long as you have access to some type of lifting device. The rotor only takes about an hour to get out or less once you become experienced.

A couple of years ago Rolf had the record for RandR the rotor at 45 minutes each way if I remember correctly. We equaled his time for removal but replacement was a disaster because somebody who will forever remain nameless forgot where he put the hardware. Unfortunately the clock was running during this embarrassing period. We used a pair of add on forks for a loader bucket before buying a real forklift for bulk seed. Both worked fine. I would part with the bucket forks, as we have no need for them. Email if interested. Tom in MN

look to see if there are any segments wearing so thin that crop is pushing them out. Area inbetween thresher and separator side will likely show the most wear. Cages go out the left side so that is where you start. Otherwise a forklift is needed. Not to hard to take a look and start removing bolts if you do this sort of thing. It will depend on weather you have and early R60 with the P1 or later with the P3. At any rate it isn't to difficult. Good luck
